Caldwell Media will send one copy of VHS tape, video compact disk (VCD), or Digital Video Disk (DVD) to each performer who signs this agreement.

Listing for sale for $13 on the web at http://www.caldwellcool.com and in Video Stores

Profits from sales of digital video disks and vhs tapes share half and half.

Free download and play from the web of clips up to one minute.

Creation of compressed digital files for the Windows Media Player, Quicktime player, Real Networks media player and posting on the web for viewing.

Performer will provide more information for Caldwell to post on the web and other marketing of recordings.
